The Buildings & Grounds Department is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and management of the physical infrastructure and outdoor areas owned by Barnwell County. • Custodial Services: Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Managing trash removal and ensuring cleanliness in public areas.
